Returns (Change of Address)
All t-shirt sizes are listed below each individual product selection and has the exact measurements, please be sure to order the correct size. Returns & processing fees can become more than the initial purchase. However, our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a exchange/change of address. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, Please contact Info@TSteez.Com we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer until authorized via email from Support@TeesWithSteez.Com

Customers will be in charge of shipping return fees.

No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds, however you are more than welcome to request a size exchange within 5 days of purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the process at Info@TSteez.Com 

Exchanges  
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if the wrong size was ordered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@TSteez.com to discuss the next steps in the exchange process.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to sender.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
